進行瀝青混合料配合比設計的方(fang)法：瀝青混合料

　　一(yi)是確(que)定(ding)礦料的配合比例，二是確(que)定(ding)瀝青用量。

　　瀝青混合(he)料(liao)配(pei)合(he)比(bi)設(she)計(ji)是建立(li)在試驗(yan)、檢驗(yan)、調(diao)整、完善基礎上的(de)一(yi)項技術工(gong)作，只有分階段(duan)，并結合(he)試驗(yan)、施(shi)工(gong)設(she)備反復進行驗(yan)證、調(diao)整，才(cai)能獲得(de)滿(man)意(yi)的(de)配(pei)合(he)比(bi)設(she)計(ji)結果。

　　1、目標配合比

　　目標(biao)配合(he)(he)比(bi)(bi)設計基本(ben)上是(shi)在試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室內完成的，是(shi)混合(he)(he)料組(zu)成設計的基礎(chu)性工作，包括原材料試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)、混合(he)(he)料組(zu)成設計試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)和驗(yan)(yan)證試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)，在此基礎(chu)上提出的配合(he)(he)比(bi)(bi)例稱為目標(biao)配合(he)(he)比(bi)(bi)。具體設計步驟： （1）混合(he)(he)料類型(xing)與級配范圍的確(que)定 （2）原材料的選擇與確(que)定 （3）礦料級配選用(yong) （4）進行馬(ma)歇爾試(shi)驗(yan)(yan) （6）路用(yong)性能(neng)檢驗(yan)(yan) （5）最佳(jia)瀝(li)青用(yong)量確(que)定。

　　2、生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)合(he)(he)(he)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi) 生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)合(he)(he)(he)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)調(diao)整要(yao)(yao)結合(he)(he)(he)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)和(he)樓(lou)(lou)進(jin)行(xing)，目前生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)中使用的(de)(de)(de)(de)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)和(he)樓(lou)(lou)有(you)兩種(zhong)類型，一(yi)(yi)類是(shi)連續(xu)式拌(ban)(ban)(ban)和(he)樓(lou)(lou)，對于連續(xu)式拌(ban)(ban)(ban)和(he)樓(lou)(lou)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)合(he)(he)(he)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)調(diao)整只要(yao)(yao)調(diao)整到冷料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)倉(cang)(cang)(cang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)滿足目標(biao)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)合(he)(he)(he)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)，就可以加熱(re)拌(ban)(ban)(ban)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)了(le)，不需要(yao)(yao)進(jin)行(xing)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)合(he)(he)(he)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)設(she)(she)計；另一(yi)(yi)類是(shi)間歇式拌(ban)(ban)(ban)和(he)樓(lou)(lou)，要(yao)(yao)對集料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)進(jin)行(xing)加熱(re)、篩(shai)分(fen)，而后在各熱(re)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)倉(cang)(cang)(cang)稱(cheng)(cheng)重(zhong)、回配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)，回配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)例(li)，就是(shi)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)合(he)(he)(he)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)。由(you)于各熱(re)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)倉(cang)(cang)(cang)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)合(he)(he)(he)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)例(li)，與目標(biao)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)合(he)(he)(he)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)各礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)合(he)(he)(he)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)例(li)會有(you)所不同，就需要(yao)(yao)通過(guo)試驗確定各熱(re)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)倉(cang)(cang)(cang)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)合(he)(he)(he)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)例(li)，現場稱(cheng)(cheng)二次級(ji)(ji)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)。生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)合(he)(he)(he)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)調(diao)整的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)在目標(biao)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)合(he)(he)(he)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎上，通過(guo)調(diao)整各冷料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)倉(cang)(cang)(cang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)使之符合(he)(he)(he)設(she)(she)計合(he)(he)(he)成級(ji)(ji)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)，對間歇式拌(ban)(ban)(ban)和(he)樓(lou)(lou)則還要(yao)(yao)確定出各熱(re)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)倉(cang)(cang)(cang)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)合(he)(he)(he)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)例(li)。具體(ti)設(she)(she)計步驟： （1）冷料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)倉(cang)(cang)(cang)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)調(diao)整 （2）確定各熱(re)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)倉(cang)(cang)(cang)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)配(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)合(he)(he)(he)比(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)例(li) （3）確定瀝青用量(liang)。

　　3、生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)配(pei)合(he)(he)(he)比(bi)(bi)驗(yan)證 目標(biao)配(pei)合(he)(he)(he)比(bi)(bi)是(shi)在(zai)試驗(yan)室(shi)完成的(de)(de)(de)，生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)配(pei)合(he)(he)(he)比(bi)(bi)雖然啟動(dong)了拌和樓，但沒有正式拌料(liao)，生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)標(biao)準配(pei)合(he)(he)(he)比(bi)(bi)設(she)計階段需要正式拌料(liao)，并(bing)鋪(pu)筑試驗(yan)路。同時對配(pei)合(he)(he)(he)比(bi)(bi)作(zuo)進(jin)一步的(de)(de)(de)調整，并(bing)最終(zhong)將配(pei)合(he)(he)(he)比(bi)(bi)確定(ding)下來，作(zuo)為生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)控(kong)制和質量檢驗(yan)的(de)(de)(de)依據，此配(pei)合(he)(he)(he)比(bi)(bi)稱為生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)標(biao)準配(pei)合(he)(he)(he)比(bi)(bi)。生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)標(biao)準配(pei)合(he)(he)(he)比(bi)(bi)是(shi)主要解(jie)決(jue)兩方面的(de)(de)(de)問題：確定(ding)拌和溫(wen)度和進(jin)行混合(he)(he)(he)料(liao)材料(liao)、性能分析。
